NYC nanny pay for 2 kids
we have a 2 year old and are expecting baby #2 in july. we have a FT nanny and she will be helping with both kids — curious what people do for pay with 2 kids in new york. she’s expressed she trusts whatever we think is fair versus an amount and we absolutely love her and want to make sure she’s happy

Congrats on baby number 2@Anonymous! We followed the park slope parents advice when we had our second and bumped annual pay by $2/hour. We also do an annual cost of living increase of $1/year. And we pay time and half for every hour worked over 40 hours/week to be in compliance with NY state law.
