Nanny holiday gift / bonus ?
Hi! Any advice on what you give your nanny around the holidays and if it’s cash- is it a % of pay or…? Thanks!

Yeah, agree with Nisha. The cash is important because it’s cash. And the gift is something extra to be thoughtful. This year I’m getting our nanny a rice cooker because she told me how she had one that she liked but it broke. The best present I got was a new phone, which was somewhat of selfish gift because I want her to have a higher quality camera to take photos of my kids :)
