Lightweight textured cotton skirt from Lilly Pulitzer (white label) in girls' size 7. White with delicate tulips print in yellow, mint, and blue. Pull-on style with elastic waist, ruffles on hem, and two rows of white ric rac giving the skirt a tiered look. Fully lined. Older skirt but in great pre-owned condition. Only flaw noted is a faint mark on inside slip (see close-up pic).
