Introducing Shipping Labels on Recess

We're excited to share an update that makes buying and selling on Recess simpler, more transparent, and better protected for everyone: shipping labels are now built directly into Recess.

What's changing

When you list and sell a product on Recess, you'll now use a Recess-provided shipping label to ship your item. This applies to all new listings going forward.

Why we're introducing shipping labels

This change solves a few important problems we've heard about from both buyers and sellers:

Easier shipping for sellers

There's no longer a need to figure out shipping on your own. We handle the label so you can focus on selling, not logistics.

Better tracking and transparency for buyers

Buyers can now see when an item ships, where it is in transit, and when it's delivered. This reduces uncertainty and improves trust on both sides of the transaction.

Stronger purchase protection

Clear, consistent tracking allows us to provide better customer support and stronger purchase protection if something goes wrong.

Overall, shipping labels help us deliver a smoother, more reliable marketplace experience.

Updates to our Terms of Service

Because shipping labels are now part of how sales work on Recess, we've updated our Terms of Service and related policies to reflect this change. You can review them here:

We believe these updates create more clarity and fairness for everyone using Recess.
