This item includes the body, eyes with one eye patch over one eyes, nose, mouth, arms, pirate hat and feet. It is listed as “fair” condition because the hook is not included, I’m not sure where it is. The box is also in pretty rough shape as you can see from the photos. I had to tape it quite a bit. You could either throw the box away completely and store it in something else or fix it up. The actual toy pieces are all in good condition with no major flaws.
